What is a Bean Bag?

> Bean bag chairs are a popular form of furniture made of fabric or vinyl and filled with small chunks of styrofoam or PVC pellets (10 lbs. refills avaialble). However, our bean bag chairs are filled with shredded polyurethane foam for extreme comfort. Our bean bags comply with U.S. flammability standards and CPSC Guidelines for zipper closures and are 100% Recycable, Refillable and double-stitched with clear nylon for added strength and stretch.

What are your bean bags made of?

How are the Bean Bags Shipped?

> All orders submitted via BeanBagsOnly.com will generally ship within 2-7 days from the time of receipt, due to the high demand of our products. All customers will be contacted via email immediately if problems shall arise, not typical.

> All orders will ship via FedEx / UPS Ground.

> For AK, HI, Canada, FPO/APO, or International customers, please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order.

What if the Bean Bag Chair that I want is SOLD OUT!

> We allow all of our customers the luxury of ordering "Sold Out" items. All sold out items will be shipped as they arrive in on a first come, first served basis. Some items sell a lot faster than others, so we suggest that you purchase certain items right away. After all, we do have the best bean bag chair prices on the net!

Is there a warranty on my item?

> If the item is indeed defective, please notify BeanBagsOnly immediately for instructions. If your item has been abused and is in need of being repaired, we ask that you empty the bean bag of its contents and ship the empty bean bag to use for repair with a $15 check included, all repairs must be paid in advance.

Are there other methods of purchasing from BeanBagsOnly?

> Yes, please use our mail-in order form to by via check, money order, or cash.

Do you have a refund policy?

Refund policy

> If the product is defective (manufacture defects, customized improperly, wrong item, ect.) upon arrival, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange the UPS pickup for return or replacement of the item for FREE. After the 7 day period, BeanBagsOnly will not be held responsible for damages.

Examples
Seam abuse (The vinyl has given way, stretched, due to excessive tension placed on the bottom. Children jumping repeatedly onto their beanbags often causes this.)  
Defective (Note this seam is defective because the stitching has broken or skipped and began to unravel. Notice the visible needle punctures where the seam would attach.)

> If the package has been lost or stolen we will file a claim with the carrier and a replacement will be shipped out immediately.

Return Policy

You must submit a return request within the first 7 days of receiving your item. There is a 30% restocking fee due to shipping costs incurred, and the manufacturer's restocking fees.  That is 70% of the purchase price you will receive back. We do not cover shipping back to the warehouse. All return items must be re-packaged in the same packaging they arrived.

Before returning any item back to BeanBagsOnly.com you must contact our support team and submit a request for Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Upon submission of your request you will be emailed with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please include the following:

Before placing your order please make sure it is the correct size for your needs, color, ect. In other words make sure it is the chair for you!

All bean bag dimensions are listed and can be found in the item descriptions.  Please be sure that the item and color selections are what you want.  If need be, we ask that you measure the floor space where you will put the chair and lay down tape. In other words make sure there is room for the chair and that you allow a few inches on each side just to be sure.
